Managing Director

Richard started his career working in the financial services sector in 1983, first  as an IFA for twelve years under his family brokerage, then moving over to commercial insurance in 1995. Richard has been a director at DCIB for over 11 years & is responsible for handling our commercial clients as well as larger risks.

Executive Director

Emily joined DCIB in 2021 and has over nine years of experience across a range of insurance classes. She looks after our Professional Indemnity clients and oversees commercial new business and renewals. Emily is dedicated to providing practical advice and building strong, lasting client relationships. 

Insurance Broker

Jack is the newest member of our team and brings with him one year of experience in the insurance industry. In his role, he looks after our personal lines clients, providing tailored support and ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and care. Jack is committed to delivering excellent service and building strong, lasting client relationships.
